Chapter Nine
The two had successfully escaped from the Varia hideout and were now at a grass field near Namimori.
"What do you think you are doing!!!??? It's the 15th floor for god's sake!" Aki chided.
"Hehe... But what matters most is that we are alive right?" Ganta laughed sheepishly.
"What if that fall failed!?" Aki told him.
"Well well we are still in one piece. What matters now is that we need to think of an excuse as to why we were truant for the second half of school." Ganta replied while bandaging Aki's leg wound with a piece of cloth from his shirt.
"We will think about that when we reach home." Aki replied as she popped another two painkillers.

"Do you know where are they?" Yamamoto said as they were nearing the grass field.
"I'm not exactly sure, but I have a feeling that they should be around here somewhere." Tsuna replied while stopping and looking around.
"Super intuition. As expected from the Tenth (*_*)!" Gokudera said.
"There they are!" Tsuna exclaimed.
"Tsuna? But how did you all, I mean why did you all.." Aki asked, trying to find a simpler way to summarise the thousand questions that were floating in her mind.
"I thought something had happened since you suddenly ran off." Tsuna replied.
"Haha, it's nothing much. It's just that this guy got a bit carried off and went around picking fights. He got a bit of a bloody nose but it wasn't so bad." Aki replied.
At that moment, Ganta swiftly kept his gauntlet in his pocket while the rest were busy conversing. However, this movement did not escape the watchful eyes of Gokudera.
"What was that that he stuffed into his pocket? A glove or something? But it seems too big.." Gokudera thought to himself.
"Gokudera-kun! What's wrong with you?" Tsuna asked when he realised that Gokudera was staring into blank space.
"Huh, it's nothing Tenth!" Gokudera replied while managing a grin.
"Hmmm it's kinda late. I think we should all head home. Here are your bags." Yamamoto said and passed Aki and Ganta their school bags.
"We will just say that both of you had an urgent meeting about your family overseas."
"Okay.." Aki replied and started thinking of all the excuses Ganta liked to give when he skipped school.
"Oh I had a stomach ache."
"My dog died."
"I was sneezing and sniffling like crazy."
"Hopefully I do not take this as a habit.." Aki thought to herself. Just then, Ganta sneezed.
"Damn, it's the middle of summer and I'm sneezing. Someone must be cursing me." Ganta said out loud. That made Aki snap back to the present.
"Well, I think we should go now. Bye!" Aki replied and waved at Tsuna and the rest. She then started to drag Ganta along with her without even waiting for their reply.
When Aki and Ganta were far enough, Tsuna started to voice out his doubts.
"Hey, don't you guys think that after this afternoon, both of them are quite evasive from us?" Tsuna said.
"Might be the unfamiliar feeling in a new country." Yamamoto assured Tsuna.
"I guess so.."
Hmm... Something's not right. But what is it? Gokudera thought to himself.

Chapter Eight
"Stay still in there" the guard said as he slammed the cell door shut.
"Damnit! What the hell was I doing or thinking!? I should have known that I would not be able to defeat Xanxus, but yet, he was able to incapacitate me, TWICE." Aki thought as she banged a fist continuously at the wall.
Gradually, she stopped banging, as she knew that blaming anyone would not get Ganta back, nor will it let her leave this place. She turned to lean her back against the wall and started to plan her escape.

Xanxus' Office
"What were you thinking!? You fired that damned gun at her twice!!" Ganta shouted at Xanxus, and grabbed his collar.
"Hey watch what you are doing." Levi said.
"Let him be." Xanxus replied.
"I told you not to hurt her, and yet you fired without thinking!"
"It's not like you care that much right? You need her gone in order to gain the Snow ring's power." Xanxus replied.
Ganta glared at Xanxus and pushed him aside.
"Our overall motive might be the same, but do not think that I am under your control completely. I dare you to hurt her one more time, and you will regret it. I'm going to get her out of that place." He said as he stormed out of the office.

Aki's thoughts kept drifting to the past when she and Ganta were in a happy family with both her parents alive. It all seemed so peaceful, so peaceful that she would not imagine that incident to happen--
Her thoughts were interrupted by and explosion nearby. She could hear the guards outside running and shouting towards the explosion. Wondering what was happening, she stood up and peered through the small window at the door.
Just then, the door swung open, making Aki squint because of the sudden exposure to light. Before she could open her eyes and see what was happening, she was lifted off the ground.
Thinking that it was another guard, she started flailing about wildly, accidentally smacking the person's face repeatedly.
"Hey hey hey relax!! It's me!" Ganta said while trying to shield his face with one hand.
"LET ME GO-- Huh? Ganta?" Aki replied, telling herself that she is hearing and seeing things.
"But, how? I thought you were kidnapped."
"I'm not so weak. I'll leave the explanations for later. Let's get out of this place first." Ganta replied.
"OVER THERE!" A guard motioned to the two as the smoke from the explosion cleared.
"Pass me my weapons. I will blast a way through." Aki replied, hand gesturing for the gun.
"That won't be needed." Ganta said as he turned and punched the wall. Aki realised that he was using his weapon, a gauntlet (but only the left hand side at the moment ._.) with a ignited rank B mist ring.
It was only just after that moment when Aki realised they were actually more than ten floors above ground level.
"Hey wait! This is one of the highest fl--"
Before she could finish, Ganta jumped.
"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND!!!!???"

Chapter Seven
Note: This continues straight after chapter six, kinda like a part two. So you can read the previous chapter to refresh your memory first.
Chapter Seven
Aki opened her eyes slowly. She had decided that she would no longer run away from her haunting past. She had to do something about it. Taking in the surroundings as she slowly got up, she recognised the place instantly. She would not easily forget those cabinets that were filled to the brim with medicine.
Aki swung her legs of the side of the bed and wore her shoes. As she was doing that, she felt a certain numbness in her left arm. She turned and realised that it was bandaged. It was then that she remembered what had happened so far. Sensing the urgency, she quickly got up and searched her belt for her weapon, but they were not at their usual place.
"They should have confiscated it. They wouldn't want a girl wielding two pistols running around and creating chaos in their base." She thought.
She then moved to one of the medicine cabinets and searched for painkillers in case the anesthesia in her left arm wore out soon.
After preparing everything she needed, she headed for the door. She tried the knob, but it was locked. She had already expected it to happen. She tried finding the safety pin that was always pinned near her belt.
Aki thought that the Varia were to naive to overlook this, as they did not know that a simple safety pin can unlock doors if handled by skilled hands.
As she undid the lock, she remembered about the old days when she had lived with the Cavallone family with Ganta. She and Ganta always sneaked out by picking the front gate's lock. When they came back, there was always a earful from Dino's father, and then another earful from Dino later.
She knew that those peaceful days were about to end. Suddenly, the lock clicked, sending her back to the present. Again, Aki tried the door knob and it opened smoothly.
After opening the door, she looked around outside for any people. Strangely, there weren't any guards patrolling the area. Seizing the opportunity, Aki quickly ran off to find an escape route.

-Xanxus' Office-
"She is too eager that she didn't survey the surroundings." Xanxus thought as he viewed the footage from the security cameras planted near the infirmary. Just then, Ganta opened the office door and just walked in.
"How is she?" He asked.
"Still fine as ever, that trash. However, she is too naive to identify all the traps planted around her." Xanxus replied, eyes still on the monitor.
"I guess so. Well, I'm bored. Time for some drama." Ganta said.
"Just don't screw our plans, scum." Xanxus replied.
"Don't worry." Ganta said, dismissing of the warning as he walked out of the door.

Aki ran around silently without any guards knowing. Or so she thought. As she rounded a corner, a few guards patrolling spotted her.
"Hey you! Stop there!"
Back stepping a bit, she quickly turned and ran in another direction. She could see the elevator in the distance. Just then, two people, one with long white hair and another with blonde hair and a crown on his head, walked out of a room in front of her. Unable to stop in time, she quickly pushed them to the side as she ran in between them.
"Sorry!" She said as she ran off.
"VOIIIIII!! WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING!?"
"Shishishi, you're so dead."
"That laugh.. Wasn't that Belphegor? Nevermind, I don't have time to bother about that. Ganta's safety comes first." Aki thought as she continued running. At that moment, a "ding" could be heard. The elevator had arrived to that floor. Aki quickly ran at top speed towards it. However, when she reached, it again went to one of the basements. Aki had a slight idea on where Ganta would be locked. He would most probably be on the lower floors.
As she heard the shouts in the distance, she quickly punched the down button at the lift repeatedly. Finally, the lift came back up to that floor. The door opened and Aki was about to dash in when she bumped into someone tall. The person stopped immediately.
Aki lifted her head and realised she had bumped into her worst enemy, Xanxus. Behind him was Levi and Lussuria. Belphegor and Squalo were running towards them from a distance. Apparently, they were pissed off at the way Aki shoved them roughly.
She tried to think of a way to escape, but there was none. The only way of exit is the elevator. There were no windows. To her right, Belphegor and Squalo were there. To her left, were the Varia guards. And in front, Levi, Lussuria and Xanxus.
She started to get mentally prepared for a 0.1% chance in escape. She knew she had to fight out of this. However, she didn't have her weapons.
Again, she looked to her left. She knew she only had one chance.
She planned to dash pass the low ranked Varia guards in time, before Xanxus and his team had a chance to react.
The guards would be nearing in a mere 30 seconds. She carefully timed her escape. When they were a few metres away from her, she suddenly ran towards the left and got ready for the injuries from the guard's spears and lances.
However, their spears and lances were not even needed. One gunshot solved it all. As the bullet just grazed Aki's right calf, she collapsed, right in front of the guards. She turned back, stunned, and saw Xanxus casually keeping his gun. She knew they were not gonna let her off this easily. She tried to stand, but her efforts failed. The wound was apparently deeper than expected.
Xanxus then motioned to the guards to bring her away. All her hopes of escape, had vanished.
"I'm sorry."

Chapter Six
Chapter Six
-Varia Hideout-
"Welcome back, Boss." A Varia soldier said and bowed as Xanxus, Levi and Mammon reached the hideout.
"Lock her up in the infirmary." Xanxus said while gesturing to the body that Levi was carrying.
"Yes." the soldier replied promptly.
"I see you have successfully captured her huh." Ganta said as he emerged from the elevator opposite the door.
"What do you mean. Don't go around underestimating me, scum." Xanxus replied.
"Well, you should thank me. Normally, you guys would already have your head blasted off." Ganta said and smirked.
"Mind your own business." Xanxus muttered, clearly not wanting to be pissed off any further. He then walked towards the elevator with Levi and Mammon.
"I told you not to hurt her, did I?" Ganta whispered as Xanxus walked pass him.
"That shot wasn't near any vital points. If she is that weak to collapse from a small wound, she wouldn't be useful to our plans." Xanxus replied.
"I guess that's true. Well, bye." Ganta said and left.
Xanxus glared at Ganta for another few seconds, and then headed into the lift as it reached the ground floor.
"Scum."

The whole compound was ablaze. She was led by someone she knew, but she doesn't remember who it was.
Aki then remembered who it was. It was her mother's older, and closest sister. Her aunt had the same features as her mother, both having crimson red coloured hair and emerald green eyes. Looking around, Aki wondered where was her mother.
"Where is mummy?" Aki asked her aunt.
"She will join us shortly. But first, we have to leave this place." Her aunt replied.
There was a coup de'tat in the Vongola headquarters. Aki and her family had stayed here since both her parents were working in the Advisory Department. Both of her parents were good friends with Sawada Iemitsu, the father of Tsuna. They also held high ranks in the department, and were well respected by many members of the Vongola Family. However, all of them knew that Aki's mother, an Italian named Neve, had an even more important role.
Which is, as the 9th Generation Snow Guardian of Vongola. This was top secret in the Vongola, and it was required that it should not be discussed outside of Vongola territory.
Her father, a Japanese and a high ranking officer in the Advisory Department, does not hold that type of role. However, he is one of the most intelligent in the department, as well as one of the best hand-to-hand combatant. His intelligence has contributed a lot to his ability to use the flames of the mist. Now, his existence was considered void, and all records of him were erased, as according to his requests right before this coup de'tat happened. Now, only a controlled number of people knows his true identity.
Just then, Aki heard a crackling noise. Then there was an explosion. Apparently, it seems that there was a gas leak and the gas exploded when it was in contact with the flames. Aki's aunt tried to shield her, but both of them were thrown off balance to the ground. Both of them went out of consciousness.
Aki regained consciousness a few minutes later. Her aunt was still out cold. Just then, she saw a sight that was marked in her memory forever.
She was staring into the lifeless brown eyes of her father. His white coloured hair was stained red by his blood. Apparently, he was shot straight into his heart and died on the spot. Aki could not stand, nor could she even move. Just then, she heard some shouts near her. She turned, and she saw Xanxus and her mother, both aiming their pistols at each other.
"Hand over the ring now, scum." Xanxus demanded.
"Not a chance." Neve replied.
Xanxus got pissed off and fired a shot at Neve. She easily dodged it, however..
"Shishishi. Be careful there." The familiar voice of Belphegor said as he emerged from the shadows.
"One wrong step and you hit the wires, and that's your life."
Neve looked around for openings. Just then, she saw Aki.
At that moment where their eyes met, was their last.
Xanxus took the opportunity and shot Neve. She was caught by surprise. As she fell to the ground, there was another group shouting from a distance.
It was the backup from the Cavallone Family. Xanxus knew that he had already lost many subordinates, and he would not be able to defeat the Cavallone Family unscathed. Hence, he motioned to Belphegor that they were leaving.
Aki quickly ran towards her mother. At her last breath, she took out the Snow Vongola Ring from her finger and put it in Aki's palms.
"I will leave this to you." She said as she exhaled her last breath.
As the shock was to great for Aki. As her brain exhausted itself while trying to process all that had happened, she slowly felt limp and went unconscious.
Just as her world faded to black, she heard the familiar voice of Ganta.
"Boss, we did it!! Hahahaha!"

Chapter Five
Chapter Five
Aki had just reached the shopping district where Ganta was found. She walked around to find traces of the incident. By then, she had already realised there was something weird about the shopping district.
There was no one around.
Aki tried walking into shops, but they were deserted. No cashiers, no salespersons, no customers. It was as if they disappeared into thin air while going about their businesses.
"They think they can fool be with this dumb illusion?" Aki thought.

"Yamamoto, Gokudera, we have to leave now!" Tsuna said as he burst into the classroom.
Everyone turned their attention to Tsuna. Some started laughing at him. However, they were silenced by Gokudera's death glare.
"What is this about leaving during my lessons? Go back to your seat now, Sawada." The teacher said.
"I'm sorry, but you would not understand. Hurry up, we need to leave. Aki-san is in trouble!" Tsuna said.
"Tsk. That weak guardian." Gokudera said while packing his and Tsuna's items and made his way to the door. Yamamoto also packed his items into his bag and left.
"Hey, you two, go back to your--"
And again, he was greeted with a slamming door.

The three were soon nearing the school gate. Tsuna looked around to see if Hibari was patrolling anywhere.
Ok clear, I think he's at another place right now, Tsuna thought and ran out along with Yamamoto and Gokudera.
Hibari just stared out from his committee room window.
"They wouldn't dare to leave unless its something important. Damn herbivores." Hibari thought.

"Tsuna, what happened to Aki?" Yamamoto asked Tsuna on the way.
"Ganta got attacked."
"Yeah serves him right." Gokudera said.
"However, being the sibling of someone so strong, he could not possibly be weak. It should be the work of someone else." Tsuna said.
"Sounds bad. Lets hurry." Yamamoto replied.

Back at the shopping district, Aki started to dispel the illusion by putting her mind into a state of calmness. She walked around the district, trying to find the source for the illusion. After reaching a spot in the alleys which has the strongest flame energy, Aki wore both the snow ring and the Rank B mist ring. She then lit both rings, giving the pistols at her belt a faint milky indigo glow. She withdrew one of them and shot empty space.
The illusion crumbled, and Aki found herself in a grassland.
"As expected from someone who also uses the flames of the mist." a voice behind Aki said.
"Mammon?" Aki said and turned around.
"Hmph, you spotted the illusion, but that was just level zero. Your life ends here, and now. Do not let her escape!" Mammon said and commanded his army of Varia soldiers.
The army of soldiers charged towards Aki. Without hesitation, she took out the other pistol and shot the ground. It was followed by a few more swift consecutive rounds which formed a line. The rounds then encased the soldiers that were near the line in ice.
"Not bad." Mammon commented.
"Tell me where is Ganta now, or I will smash this ice." Aki said and aimed her gun at the ice.
"I have no need to." he replied.
"What do you mean you have no need?" Aki asked as someone walked towards her from behind.
"Seems like you are using your weapons well, scum."
Shocked, Aki quickly turned back.
There stood Xanxus and Levi, with Xanxus wearing his usual smirk.
"Xanxus. Where is Ganta. I know you have him in captive." Aki demanded.
"Heh."
"Answer my damn question!" Aki shouted and fired a shot at Xanxus.
Xanxus just dodged the bullet easily.
"Let me teach you how to fire a gun properly." Xanxus said and took out his gun and fired it swiftly, so quick that Aki didn't see the bullet sailing through the air towards her heart. She only realised it when it was a few centimetres away. She tried to dodge, but the best she could do was to make it hit her arm instead.
Instantly, she dropped the gun that she held in her left hand.
"Levi." Xanxus commanded.
"Yes boss."
"I will not let you lay a even a finger on Boss." Levi said as he stood in front of Xanxus. Almost immediately, he got kicked by Xanxus from behind.
"Stop talking unnecessarily." Xanxus said and left.
"Wait, Xanxus!" Aki shouted and attempted to chase after Xanxus.
Just as she passed Levi, he grabbed her by neck from the back a dealt a blow to the back of her neck. Almost immediately, her body went limp.
"Don't forget that I'm here as well." Levi said and smirked.

Chapter Four
"I will leave this to you."

Aki woke up in cold sweat. Slowly, she sat up and looked at her hands. The dream she had was the same dream which has been repeating for a few months. In it, it showed the chaos that had happened when she was eight. The massacre at that time took both her parents away from her. Thinking about what had happened and also blaming herself for being so powerless, tears just flowed out.
Just then, the infirmary room door opened.
"Aki-san?" Tsuna asked while holding on to the door.
"H-huh?" Aki replied, slightly surprised, while trying to wipe of her tears.
"Are you okay? Why are your eyes red?" He asked.
"It's nothing. Let's go back to class." Aki said while trying to wear her shoes.
"It's okay. The teacher said you could take the day off since you were not feeling well." Tsuna replied.
Just then, an announcement was aired on the announcement system.
"Can Todou Aki from Class 2-A report to the principal's office immediately? Thank you."
"Well, I gotta go. Bye." Aki told Tsuna and left.
"Hey wait!" Tsuna shouted while chasing after her.

*knock knock*
"Come in"
Aki opened the door and entered the Principal's office with Tsuna behind.
"Oh, Todou-san. I see that Sawada-san has tagged along as well." The principal said.
"Umm... Am I a distraction here?" Tsuna asked sheepishly.
"No worries. Both of you, please take your seats." The principal said and gestured to the two chairs in front of his table. Both Aki and Tsuna then settled down in their seats.
"What I wanted to ask is--"
"Principal, what exactly has happened? If it has something to do with Ganta, you better be prepared to have some lawyers knocking on your door in the morning." Aki interrupted, while panicking slightly.
"Uhh.." The principal stammered and took out his hankerchief to wipe off the beads of cold sweat on his face.
"I'm sorry but, Ganta has been injured in a fight while he was in the shopping district." The principal explained, preparing for a torrent of punches to his face.
"What!? What the hell happened?" Aki asked, now obviously panicking.
"Apparently, he was on his way to the bakery to buy both his and your birthday cake. But he got robbed on the way back."
"Ganta is not so weak, he can't be defeated by a few thugs!"
"I'm not very sure.." The principal said, trailing off.
"Oh my god. Where is he now?" Aki asked.
"Don't worry, he just got to the infirmary and we are working with the police to investigate-- Hey!"
The principal was only greeted with a slamming door.

Aki and Tsuna rushed backed to the infirmary room. However, they were only greeted with an empty bed with blood stains on it. The window beside the bed was open. Just then, a cool breeze blew into the room, making the curtains flutter. The cabinets around it were smashed and the vase on the table toppled.
An in explicable rage could be seen from Aki's eyes. She ran out of the room without saying anything, leaving Tsuna to figure out what had just happened.

"Ganta, you sure this is okay?" he asked while changing back from his "principal" form to his original form.
"Haha, she is too naive, believing that kind of trick. But then, it would be more fun to see her kill. Hahahaha! By the way, when is Xanxus coming to clean this mess up?" Ganta asked and pointed to the body of the principal.
"He has better things to do for the moment. The death of the principal would be covered up. Look, your pay only lasted for and hour. I'm outta here." he said before disappearing into thin air.
"Damn infant. All he cares is about money. But nonetheless, it would make my work easier. Haha!" Ganta said and headed for the door.

Chapter Three
Five minutes has passed. The guardians assembled at the roof terrace.
Tsuna and Reborn stood at the side near the door to prevent getting involved in the upcoming mayhem.
Gokudera took out one of his boxes that contained a belt of boxes and opened it. After that, he opened another one of the boxes which has his Sistema C.A.I.
“Okay I’m ready.” Aki said after doing a little stretching.
“Where are your weapons?” Gokudera asked.
“Might not need them.” she replied.
“Then don’t regret.” Gokudera said and fired a blow towards Aki.
“Flame Arrow!”
Aki quickly sidestepped towards the right, almost stumbling over.
“Woah, this is dangerous.” She commented while trying to regain her balance.
“Good you know. I’m gonna get you packing and running back to Italy.” Gokudera replied and fired another Flame Arrow.
Aki quickly took out one of her guns and fired one shot towards the arrow, planning to freeze it. However, it was only stopped for a split second and the ice soon cracked. The arrow continued to travel towards her.
“Oops.”
Aki said and thought of another alternative to escape, which is to duck.
After ducking and barely missing it, she fired a few shots consecutively at Gokudera. The shots missed him.
“Haha, where’re you aimi—“ Before he could complete his sentence, he was encased in ice.
“Those shots was meant to be missed on purpose.” Aki explained while keeping the gun.
“Is that enough?” She asked Tsuna.
“Midori tanabiku, Namimori no~” A bird sang while landing on the ice.
Suddenly, the sound of someone’s yawn came from near the water tanks. That yawn scared the daylights out of Tsuna. (I can imagine Hibari’s theme playing in the background.)
“Uh-oh..” He thought.
“What are you herbivores doing?” Hibari asked, clearly pissed as someone disturbed his sleep.
“Uhhhh… Hi…. Hibari-san!” Tsuna said nervously and got petrified.
Hibari turned to the fence, which was damaged by Gokudera’s Flame Arrow.
“Which herbivore did this? I will bite him or her to death.” Hibari said while taking out his tonfas.
“Oh. Hi~ Nice to meet you.” Aki said to Hibari.
Hibari’s attention shifted to Aki. “Who are you?”
“Transfer student.” Aki said while extending her hand for a handshake.
“What is that.” Hibari asked, pointing to the gun that she just kept.
Not again. “Guns.” Aki replied.
“I’m the only one who can bring weapons to school. I will have you hand it over. Co-operate or I’ll bite you to death.” Hibari said menacingly.
“Hey hey.. I didn’t heard anything about that yeah? Plus, it’s not yours. You can’t have it.” Aki protested.
“Oh really? Then I guess I have to teach you guys the rules.” Hibari replied and made a feint strike when he was near her. Thinking it was real, she dodged it. Seizing the opportunity, Hibari quickly did a few foot works and got behind Aki.
Alarmed, she quickly turned around and tried to fire at him, but it missed. Hibari started swinging blow after blow at her, hence Aki had no choice but to defend while holding both guns in reverse.
“A herbivore after all.” Hibari commented after Aki backed away till she hit a wall.
“Oh really?” Aki said and tried to fire again.
Hibari dodged the blow and used that opportunity to land a hit on Aki. One of the tonfas hit the top of her head.
“Owwwww!!!!~” Aki said while covering her head with her hands and dropping her guns.
Hmm? I thought I had either cracked her skull or cause injury. She wasn’t even scratched? Hibari thought to himself.

“I have lessons. The Chairman of the Discipline Committee doesn’t want the students to be late for lessons, does he?” Aki said and stormed off with Ganta behind her. Reborn just smirked and Tsuna was still petrified.
“Heh. Interesting..” Hibari thought.

Aki closed the door leading to the rooftop behind her.
“Here.” Ganta said and passed a bottle of water to her.
“Thanks.”
Aki screwed the bottle cap open and gulped down the water while walking to the classroom.
“Uhhh….Nee-chan, I need to use the toilet first. You can go back to the class before me.” Ganta said as they were nearing the classroom.
“Be quick. Lesson’s starting.” She replied.
Ganta quickly turned a corner and went to one of the toilets.
Just as she was about the to reach the classroom, she felt a sudden giddiness. She quickly put a hand on the walls for support. However, it didn’t get better. She no longer had the strength to support herself. As she fell to the ground, the bottle of water that Ganta passed to her fell to the ground.
Just as she faded out of consciousness, she saw someone run towards her.
